IMPORTANT FAQ’S

 Q I WOULD LOVE TO BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING! WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

We would be so delighted to be a part of your big day! if you haven’t filled out and submitted the info form , please do, that way we can check our availability and have a better idea of your needs. To book, we require a completed contract and a nominal retainer fee. We then schedule your preview within 30 days and upon completion when you decide to go forward a 50% deposit is required to finalize your booking and artists.

Q. DO I NEED TO DO A MAKEUP OR HAIR PREVIEW OR RUN THROUGH BEFORE MY WEDDING?

 We want to make sure we nail it! And we want you to be completely confident and happy knowing in advance how amazing you will look. So, we include a preview in your bridal experience package and request that this service be completed within 30 days of returning your completed contract. 

 

Q CAN I BRING FAMILY OR FRIENDS WITH ME TO MY PREVIEW?

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your preview, and to provide you with the best possible service, we aim to focus entirely on you, the bride. For this reason, we kindly ask that you limit the number of guests to two. Please also ensure your artists have the space and proper lighting needed to work their best magic.

Additionally, your safety is our priority. Since we use sharp tools and hot hair tools (up to 400 degrees) during the services, we recommend that children are either fully supervised by a family member or sitter, or not present during the preview.


Q. IS THERE A CHARGE FOR TRAVELING TO MY LOCATION FOR SERVICES?

There is no charge to travel to your location if you are in the main Phoenix metropolitan area (Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert ). 

However, if your location is outside of these areas including Sun City, Apache Junction, Florence, San Tan, Casa Grande, Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson etc a travel fee will be applied.


Q. IS MY DEPOSIT DUE UP FRONT WHEN I BOOK SERVICES?

Because we receive multiple requests for the same wedding or event dates, we require a booking agreement and nominal retainer fee. Upon completion of your preview a 50% deposit will be required to  move forward and confirm your booking and artists.

 

Q. WHAT IF I ONLY WANT TO DO A PREVIEW, WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A RETAINER OR CONTRACT?

We’d be happy to schedule a preview for you! However, to fully reserve your artist for your wedding day, we require a signed contract and a nominal retainer. Without these, your artist will remain available for other clients on your wedding date.

If, after your preview, you decide to go in a different direction, no further action is required beyond the preview payment, and we’ll release the date for other clients

 

Q. WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL? DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

Things happen, and we understand that sometimes cancelling is unavoidable.  However, once your time or date are secured, this makes it necessary for us to turn away other clients. Therefore retainer fees are non refundable and deposits are non refundable within 90 days of your wedding. 

 Q WHAT BRANDS OF MAKEUP DO YOU USE?

In our kits you will find luxury brands such as Tom Ford Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, Pat McGrath, Nars. Some of our artists also focus on clean/low tox luxury makeup brands including Victoria Beckham, Westman Atelier, Rose inc, Athr beauty and many more. You would be hard pressed to find one line that works for all people - so we pick the best items from each line for the most gorgeous results.

Q WHAT DO I NEED TO DO ON THE DAY OF MY PREVIEW OR WEDDING?

For Makeup previews and wedding day services a clean face is preferred. We will do skin prep prior to your makeup.

For hair previews and wedding day, clean blow dried (not flat ironed) hair is preferred so that we may achieve the desired style.

 For all makeup and hair services we recommend wearing a button down or zip up shirt that can easily be changed out of without disturbing the finished look.  To ensure the smoothest booking possible we will provide more details upon confirmation.

Q CAN YOU COVER TATTOOS?

If you have a small (quarter sized) tattoo that takes 10 minutes or less to cover we are happy to include it in your makeup service when discussed in advance when you return your booking contract. If you have a larger or more intricate area to be covered let’s chat about details and give you an estimate.

Q CAN YOU ADD HAIR EXTENSIONS?

We can add up to three clip in extensions to you style for our base price. If your style requires more than 3 clip ins we can arrange additional time for an added fee. We can also recommend our favorite brands if you need help choosing which extension style to buy.
